How confirmation works
A team is marked confirmed only after payment is successfully completed or manually verified by the event host.
Host payouts
MONI plans to support payouts to approved tournament hosts after event registration funds are reconciled.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms are shown during registration for each tournament or league. If an event is cancelled by the host, eligible registration fees are refunded to the original payment method where possible.
Player or team cancellation requests are reviewed using the deadline and policy attached to the event. Processing fees may be non-refundable if disclosed before checkout.
